Are you new around here? Welcome to your new salon home and  I'm so happy you stopped by!

Picking a new hair stylist can be one of the most important decisions a woman can make. I want to make this as smooth as possible so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1

I ask new guests to fill out a questionnaire. This will allow me to understand the history of your hair and some of your goals. Please be sure to send a current photo of your hair & inspiration photo as well. 

Step 2

Once I receive your quesionniare response, you will receive an email from me about setting up an appointment. So look out for my email!

Step 3

Once we set up your appointment, you will recieve a confirmation text informing you that you're all set! Please confirm your appointment when you receive this text. You will also receive a Welcome email a few days before your appointment. 

After that, you're all set!

First Appointment 

Your first appointment may be longer than normal due to a consultation where we really dive into your hair goals, your lifestyle, and any maintenance plans regarding color or highlights. 

 

If you have any inspirational pictures, this would be a great time to show me what your dreams for your hair are!

 

Every appointment will include a blow dry, style, and possible photo session for social media!

My salon space is casual, cozy, and quiet so you will feel at home without all the noise and distractions.

I offer all my guests water, coffee, and free wifi. The salon offers small gifts, Image skincare, Capri Blue candles, and Kevin.Murphy hair care products. 

​

I pride myself on valuing customer service. It's highly important to me that my client's expectations are met considering the circumstances and that communication between myself and the client is as transparent as possible. If the client is unhappy with their service, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct anything that the client is unsatisfied with.
